Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for 1xWin Premium and VIP subscriptions. 1xCoin has no cash value and is never refundable in money.
Standard cancellation
You can cancel any subscription at any time. Your tier stays active until the end of the already-paid billing period. We do not pro-rate unused time on standard cancellations.
VIP Monthly Performance Guarantee
VIP subscribers are eligible for a single-fee refund if, at the end of a billing month:
- Our official VIP picks for that month close with a negative cumulative unit return
- Performance is measured using our published unit tracking, available on the Tips page
- The user submits a refund request within 7 days of the billing month closing
This guarantee is for the VIP fee only. It does not include Premium, does not compound across months, and is limited to one refund per user per 12 calendar months. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g. signup → immediate refund cycles).
How to request
Email support@1xwin.pro with your account email and the month you're requesting a refund for. We respond within 3 business days.
PayPal disputes
We process eligible refunds directly to your original payment method. We ask that you contact us before opening a PayPal dispute — we typically resolve issues faster than the dispute process.
Crypto / bank transfer
Crypto refunds are sent to the originating wallet at the prevailing exchange rate at refund time. Bank-transfer refunds are processed to the originating account.
